Fees

Living Without Boundaries Occupational Therapy Services is a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider. Our services are available to clients who are self-managed, plan managed or NDIA managed. 

In addition to, our services are available to privately funded clients and those with a Chronic Disease Management Plan (EPC), which can be accessed through your GP.  It entitles you or your child to 5 sessions per calendar year with an allied health professional and will need to be provided prior to your session to be able to claim your Medicare rebate on the day. Note: Chronic Disease Management Plans cannot be used for Clinical Assessment and report writing purposes.

Medicare rebates

Living Without Boundaries is able to process Medicare rebates on your behalf using MediPass. All payments will be required to be paid at the time of your session and your rebate will be processed at reception.

NDIS Participants: To help us provide supports in accordance with your NDIS goals we kindly ask that a copy of the NDIS plan is sent through to adminsupport@livingwb.com.au which will enable us to begin the referral process and development of your Service Agreement.

Living Without Boundaries hourly rates are determined by the current fee structure outlined by the NDIS guidelines.

Travel time

Clinical Assessments and Report Writing 

Clinical assessments, administration, preparation of resources and report writing is charged at the hourly rate.

This will be identified on invoices as “Report Writing” or “Non Face to Face” service provision

All assessments, and report writing is quoted separately and discussed with you before commencement. A Schedule of Support Services will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement. All reports require payment prior to delivery.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy falls in line with guidelines set out by the NDIA.  If less than 48 hours’ notice is given to cancel an appointment, a 100% cancellation fee will apply for all NDIS funded clients  which is in alignment with the NDIS guidelines. For Medicare and private paying clients, a 50% fee will apply for all cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
